If you have trouble with ScannerBox please try the following.
1. Verify your Squeezebox™ Radio is able to connect to the internet. Try streaming a local radio station.
2. Verify that your Squeezebox™ Radio is able to connect to your Logitech Media Server. Try playing music under the "My Music" menu.
3. If you are having trouble connecting to a specific stream verify that it is currently online. Go to RadioReference.com and try streaming it through the web player.
4. Try reinstalling the application by following the installation instructions.
